Last December 11, 2011, Pinoy Big Brother announced that officially Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Season 4 started the audition.
The auditionee should bring along an older relative aged 20 years old and above during the audition and a birth certificate.

- December 11, 2011 – TFC London Office at 117 Earls Court Road, SW5 9RL, London at 10 AM- 5 PM
- January 6, 2012 – SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
- January 6, 2012 – SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
