Preparing a sponsorship proporal
I’m currently depress and sad because it seems that they always blame me in every mistakes we had been facing this past weeks, like they always saying do you job right and stop complaining. I said would I stop complaining if didn’t done anything wrong besides you don’t even brief me for what should I do and the only thing I know to do is to make a direct marketing were I talk straight to the client and market our product then I told that to my friends they was ranting again and told me to do my job well and I said okay I will do my job without asking help and I mean it. So now I preparing a sponsorship proposal that I would submit to them when I finish it. By the way below is some part of the proposal. If you see wrong spelling or anything like that please tell me okay.
Greetings, on behalf of our company this date were having an event in venue and hoping you consider our request for sponsorship. In order to establish the event and the goal in promoting real pinoy hiphop music, we need your support.
The sponsorship level opportunities and benefits for your organization/company are presented on page three (3) of this proposal.
We believe this event will be a great opportunity to promote your business, establish and/or enhance your product name with the young generation market. Hip-hop community represents the fast growing and young segment in the country.
We will greatly appreciate and acknowledge your organizations /company contribution big or small.
I’m hoping I can finish it before Wednesday so I can pass it to my friends. Wahhh I need some coffee so I can work properly. zZzZzZz
Hi, I’m also a newbie in Marketing, so I feel your pain. But I’ve had some experience creating Marketing proposals in college so I do have comments on your cover letter
1. You may want to revise the first paragraph since it sounds a bit desperate.
2. It may be good to back up the claim that the “hiphop community represents…” with solid statistics or proof.
3. You’re a bit verbose.
