Ely Buendia Sends An Entry on “Postcard From Paradise” Campaign to Have Ringo Starr Back in PH

Ely Buendia, Pinoy rock group Pupil’s frontman, is trying to lure back members of The Beatles, specifically Ringo Starr to visit the Philippines once more.

Creating a two-minute video and uploading it on YouTube, Buendia sends his own Postcard from Paradise in response to Ringo Starr’s promotion of his latest album “Postcards from Paradise.” The 74-year old Beatles’ drummer urges his fans to send him postcards from the place they consider as paradise — their own countries.

Furthermore, Buendia encouraged his fellow Pinoy Beatles fans in joining this campaign to have Starr return to the Philippines for a visit.

Send your own postcards to Ringo at @ringostarrmusic and the Pinoy Beatles fans might just get his attention.
